I endorse this product and/or service. The only thing I would add would be a penalty for extreme bounty (say, greater than a billion), which would result in permanent suspect status until the bounty has dropped below a certain threshold, say 500 ...

I'd personally love the bounty system to have some sort of penalty or weight attached to it, as right now it seems to be like a badge of honor. How about something like this: If a ship, owned by a player with a bounty, is destroyed and the bounty...
